Here are some links to some Bluetooth Remote programs. (I have used them all with XP and not any other platform but I'm sure they work on others!)
NXTremote- A simple and easy to use remote control able to control 2 motor vehicles.
On Brick- Another simple to use remote control with a lot of functions.
Steve Hassenplug's Remote - A Bluetooth remote that controls 3 motors with keyboard shortcuts! So far I haven't got it to work with me yet but I'm sure you would want it! If you can't find it click here. (Don't forget to visit the whole site!)
BricxCC (Bricx Command Center) - A program that allows you to program your brick with NBC/NXC (Next Byte Codes/ Not eXactly C) Included with it it has a brick joystick. All you need is to connect your brick with the connection screen with bluetooth and click the joystick. It also works with USB. Click here if you can't find the download link.
